You can see yourself today as someone others respect, but your perceptions might not be very accurate now. Although your self-esteem may be high, it could be based upon unrealistic fantasies. You aren't necessarily a great leader just because you think you are. Instead of worrying about appearances, sink into your dreams and take stock of how you feel about them.
