Don't worry if you can't quite get out of bed, or if the idea of getting dressed seems like an insurmountable mountain you don't particularly feel like climbing. Once you do get out into the world, you will get going and get energized. Just be careful not to rush through the day too quickly. In the late afternoon, there will be some sweet moments. You will want to savor them.
