****** server (the server you are on) is being DOS attack. Short for denial-of-service attack, a type of attack on a network that is designed to bring the network to its knees by flooding it with useless traffic.
We are sorry for the inconvenience, there are nothing much we can do at this stage. We will keep on monitoring the server and have this issue resolved as soon as possible.

For your information, the ****** server which your site is hosting at suffers DOS (Denial of Service) attack.
However, everything is back to normal as we change our ipless ip address from ***.***.**.** to ***.***.**.**. It needs a few minutes to propagate with your domain name.
Please check.
