Your current discomfort with a friend or family member has probably been growing for a while. You might be tempted to get it all out in the open today, but it's challenging to keep your feelings under control once you bring up the topic for discussion. Even if you know that self-restraint is wise, you don't want to lose the opportunity to play the cards that you've been dealt.
