In your mind you have a clear path to success now. Others might place you in a leadership position because they can see that you know what to do next. Just remember that having the correct answer is not quite the same as being able to take the right course of action. Even if you have a plan, don't be afraid to ask your co-workers for their input. There's always room for improvement.
