Although the birds and buds know that spring means it's time to come out and be seen, you are somewhat more tentative. Instead of showing off, you prefer to hide for a while longer, like the groundhog that sees its shadow. Don't let anyone tell you that you're being stubborn now; you're not. You just need more time to be sure that it's truly safe enough to be seen.
