An activity you normally think is fun might seem like a drag today. Paradoxically, you might even participate in recreational fun out of obligation, rather than a desire for pleasure. But it's not worth it if you are just going through the motions. Don't let your friends talk you into doing something now unless you truly want to do it. Everyone will understand if you need some time to yourself.
