There may be someone in your life who makes emotional demands on your time today. You don't particularly like it when others just assume you will do something before they even check it out with you. Don't put up major resistance just because you think it's a good idea, because it's not. You'll be more effective by helping as much as you can, instead of expressing your negativity.
