It may be hard to be yourself while living up to the expectations of your friends or family. But your current interpretation of what's happening now could be slightly off. It might not be the judgment of someone else that is causing your worry; it could be your own beliefs that are problematic. Don't assume that you know what others want. Ask them before you draw any wrong conclusions.
