You may be somewhat uncertain about which way to turn professionally, for your dreams seem real but unattainable. You could even talk yourself into a mild depression as you add up all the things you want, yet do not have in your present life. Don't be so hard on yourself or others now; being realistic is important but pessimism at this time serves no purpose at all.
