You may think of many reasons to hold yourself back today as something reminds you of a past failure. You certainly don't want to repeat the same old mistake, but you must realize how different things are now. Don't throw in the towel just because someone else may not be excited about your choices. There is no need to convince anyone that you are on the right path; if your ideas are good, they'll catch on in time.
