You may be a bit too idealistic for your own good today. It's not that you shouldn't aim high; it's just that you could set yourself up for failure if you lose sight of what you can really accomplish. Don't try to shift the blame to anyone else if you fail to reach your goals. Meanwhile, keep in mind that there isn't necessarily anything wrong with your execution; it's just that you might have reached too far.
