You believe that you are on track today and there's no reason to alter your approach. But you can feel the resistance building, even if you aren't yet sure why anyone wants you to change what you're doing. Burying your head in the sand won't help you resolve the tension, even if it hasn't yet come to a head. Keep in mind that it will be easier to deal with the pressure for change sooner than later.
