You may feel as if you are being pushed to take on more than you want to now, but you cannot say no. If you do resist, you might stir up more ill will than if you just grit your teeth and do what's expected of you. Fortunately, once you get started, it will be easier to keep up the pace. Nevertheless, don't be hard on yourself if it takes a while to get in gear today.
