It's more natural for you to appear at ease in a social setting today than it is for you to actually feel comfortable. You would be fine if you were able to attend to your own needs, but you may have to set them aside in order to be fully present for others. Whether it's family or friends -- or a conflict between them -- you'll do better if you keep your worries to yourself for now and focus your attention on external circumstances instead of yourself.
