It's not exactly true that you're stubborn. Fixed, maybe, focused, for sure and definitely fond of your routine -- but stubborn? Well, stubborn is a bit harsh. So when a new authority figure arrives with a whole new way of doing things -- and when you're not exactly tickled about it -- don't let anyone pin that one on you. Besides, you never know. Time may prove that you were right to resist at least one of the changes they want to initiate.
