If things don't go right today, you might not express all that's on your mind because you don't want to stir up any trouble at work. Although your strategy appears to be the result of common sense, your suppressed feelings can create a commotion anyhow. Others may think you are being difficult and that you are hard to get along with now. It's better to speak your piece, as long as you don't try to place blame on anyone else.
