You are often able to make the most of any situation by resigning yourself to accepting that which you cannot change. Sometimes you struggle when adapting to new experiences, but things settle down once you figure out what you have to do. Now, even if you understand what's happening, you still might not be able to relax. It may be best to burn off some of your excess mental energy by swinging into motion and being productive.
