You may not be able to withhold your anger today, but the more aware you are of it, the easier it is for you to manage. It may begin as a slight annoyance with someone whose philosophy differs from yours. But unconscious memories are stirred now and if the energy isn't brought out into the open, a tiny molehill can turn into an erupting volcano. Avoid an uncontrollable emotional outbreak by speaking your truth gently and without blame, instead of letting the pressure build to a breaking point.
