Your friends might annoy you enough to provoke your wrath today. You really don't like having to express negativity, for it doesn't make you happy and, additionally, it's exhausting. A different approach may be to imagine yourself in other people's shoes. Seeing things from another person's perspective can be enough to change your mind, even if you were previously certain about your position.
