If your workmates cannot figure out what you are supposed to be doing today, then they cannot criticize your production. You may go out of your way now to confuse them, thereby insulating you from their observation. Unfortunately, this tactic will only alienate those closest to you. Use your creative imagination as a motivational tool to inspire others to reach for their dreams.
