You'll be able to command enough authority today that others will look to you to lead the way. However, just because everyone sees you as the top dog, this doesn't mean you'll want to accept the responsibility that goes with the territory. You aren't so sure about the decisions you must make, but fretting won't make things any better. Just make the best choice you can with the information you have at hand.
