You may be feeling as if you are doing all the hard work and are not being appreciated for it. If you must take on more responsibilities now, just do so without feeling sorry for yourself or complaining to others. It's not as painful as you are making it out to be; it's your turn to put in the extra effort, even if it takes a while to see concrete results.
