Even if you knew exactly what you wanted to say yesterday, today you may be rethinking your strategy. Paradoxically, the hotter your desires grow, the more you are able to rationalize inaction. Take your time if you are still making up your mind. But push yourself forward if you have already decided what you want and are just delaying because you are afraid of the outcome.
