You could waste too much time today worrying if you are truly OK. Those things that you often take for granted are less certain now. You might be scared to build anything new because it seems as if the sand is still shifting beneath your feet. Even if you are naturally more stable than others, you still aren't quite sure of yourself. Try not to be so self-absorbed, for your insecurities will pass.
