You may have all the facts today, but choose to keep some of them to yourself so you don't seem overly critical. You might think that everyone doesn't want to be reminded of what you know. It could be a smarter strategy, though, to express everything. But be gentle in your approach, for this can help coworkers hear you without becoming defensive.
