They say that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, but you might be getting a bit fed up with someone who seems to be following a bit too closely in your footsteps right now. It's nice to see that someone admires you, but it's not so nice to see them lose their own identity. Have a talk with this carbon copy and ask them why they've been making the changes they've been making. Help them find better solutions, but don't let on that you feel they're borrowing from you.
