Restoran Adam Tomyam, Kg Baru & Dataran Merdeka, KL

last night, my hubby's family were having a dinner get together with all of the family members. it was held at Restoran Adam Tomyam at Kg Baru. we came with 3 cars. we ordered mixed tomyam, oxtail soup, 3 taste fish, salted soy beans (taucu) fish, steamed fish, salted fish kailan, kerabu mangga (sliced mango mixed with onion, chilli & nuts), broccoli (this is my order :P), spicy squid, Fujiyama's chicken (the so called famous dish but it taste weird), rice & drinks.

after finished eating, we went to Dataran Merdeka (Independence Square). there were lots of crowds although there wasn't any events last night. i guess most of them just want to hang out &/or playing games with their family & friends because it was a public holiday. the night view was magnificent. my hubby's siblings were busy capturing their memories with their handphones & digital cameras.

i haven't been to Dataran Merdeka for quite a long time. the first time i went there was somewhere in the middle of 90's either celebrating New Year's Eve or Independence Day; i've totally forgotten... the second time i went there was with my hubby somewhere in the 90's too. we came early in the morning just to watch our favourite facilitator, Dato' Dr. Hj. Mohd Fadzilah Haji Kamsah. & again, i'm very sorry... i totally forgot what was the programme name but it was broadcast live on the national tv on Selamat Pagi Malaysia i think.
